Western Acupuncture - Why use it?
Western acupuncture has been derived from traditional chinese methods, where less of focus is placed on energy points and more on the treatment of musculoskeletal injury. With the insertion of fine needles, the focus is to stimulate the nervous system, produce the body's natural pain killer (endorphins) and encourage blood flow.
