Alex has worked and studied in the Health and Fitness Industry for last 9 years spanning roles in Performance Coaching, Sports Coaching, Personal Training, Mental Health First Aid and Health Club Management to name a few. Alex has experience working with amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes as well as non athletes and those who want to improve their fitness, health and wellbeing.
Over this time Alex accrued a wealth of qualifications allowing him to work with clients in a 1on1 setting, group setting and on holistic improvement across a wealth of disciplines outside of fitness.

Zoe was originally a professional dancer and took up pilates after a bad back injury.  Pilates has changed her life and is now passionate about helping others experience the same benefits she has.

Gemma is a specialist charted Women's Health Physiotherapist who is skilled and passionate about helping restore optimum health and happiness back into women’s lives. She believes all women deserve the right to understand all aspects of their pelvic health from puberty through to pregnancy, post menopause and beyond so that they can truly live their best lives with confidence.

David is a specialist in podiatric sports medicine, managing musculoskeletal injuries of the foot, ankle, and lower limb.

David is an extended scope podiatrist which includes prescription only medicines, corticosteroid and hyaluronic acid injections, and shockwave therapy. His special interest area is strength and conditioning, gait analysis and foot orthoses.

Lorraine works with those suffering stress and anxiety. I have had personal success with Lorraine, overcoming a motorway driving fear!

Fiona has over 17 years of experience, and has worked at Neal's Yard (Borough Market) treating a myriad of musculo-skeletal conditions; as the in-house acupuncturist at the consultancy firm McKinsey, Piccadilly where the wide-variety of conditions were largely stress-based; Lambeth hospital working with addictions and HIV -diagnosed patients and at Hammersmith Hospital as part of the IVF specialist team.
