Tension-Type Headaches
Tension-type headaches (TTH) are the most common form of headaches, characterised by a constant, dull pain on both sides of the head. These headaches can be episodic or chronic, with episodic TTH occurring less than 15 days per month and chronic TTH occurring 15 or more days per month for at least three months.
